MEDITATION CULTIVATING HAPPINESS
Happiness is a state of mind… in order for the mind to be happy… we must
diminish our (mental) stress & cultivate calmer and more peaceful state
of being. Busy workweeks + home/family life + other stressful variables =
Sense of depletion. If our energy is low, it affects our mood, which brings
us to less feelings of happiness.We are in a society that constantly runs
on adrenaline, constantly activating the “fight or flight” response in order
for us to stay on top of our overly busy & hectic lives, barely finding the
time to catch our breath. Allow this 8-week meditation series, to be your
pause before the crazy week begins again. Start the New Year, on the right
